How to Request New Ingredients

To request the adding of new ingredients into My Recipe Manager please follow the below instructions:

  1. Download the ingredient template spreadsheet.
  2. Open and complete the spreadsheet. Basic instructions on what is required are included in the spreadsheet.
    Note: In order to open the spreadsheet you will need to use Microsoft Excel.
  3. Once you have completed the spreadsheet save it to a location on your computer. Name the file after your school e.g. Peter-Moyes-Anglican-Community-School.
  4. Open up a support ticket.
  5. Complete the support request form as follows:
    1. Email Address: enter your email address.
    2. Subject: New Ingredient Request
    3. Application: select "My Recipe Manager" from the drop down list.
    4. Description: please add the attached ingredients into My Recipe Manager.
    5. Attachments: attach your spreadsheet to the support request.
    6. Select the "Submit" button.

We endeavour to respond to all support tickets within two business days but this will also depend on our current work load, the number and complexity of the ingredients you wish to be added.
