How to Request New Preparations Terms
To request the adding of a new preparation into My Recipe Manager please follow the below instructions:
- Open up a support ticket.
- Complete the support request form as follows:
- Email Address: enter your email address.
- Subject: New Preparation Term Request
- Application: select 'My Recipe Manager' from the drop down list.
- Description: please add the below listed preparations into My Recipe Manager.
- Attachments: an attachment is not required.
- Select the 'Submit' button.
We endeavour to respond to all support tickets within two business days but this will also depend on the number and complexity of the preparations you wish to be added.
