How to Request a List of Recipe Names to be Added

When you first subscribe to My Recipe Manager we offer a free service to upload your existing list of recipe names.

To request the adding of your recipe names into My Recipe Manager please follow the below instructions:

  1. Download the recipe name template spreadsheet.
  2. Open and complete the spreadsheet. Basic instructions on what is required are included in the spreadsheet.
    Note: In order to open the spreadsheet you will need to use Microsoft Excel.
  3. Once you have completed the spreadsheet save it to a location on your computer. Name the file after your school e.g. Peter-Moyes-Anglican-Community-School-Recipes.
  4. Open up a support ticket.
  5. Complete the support request form as follows:
    1. Email Address: enter your email address.
    2. Subject: New Recipe Name Request
    3. Application: select 'My Recipe Manager' from the drop down list.
    4. Description: please import the attached recipe names for (your school name, school street address, suburb, state and country).
    5. Attachments: attach your spreadsheet to the support request.
    6. Select the 'Submit' button.

We endeavour to respond to all support tickets within two business days but this will also depend on our current workload, the number and complexity of the recipe names you wish to be imported. If we have any questions regarding your recipe names we may contact you before we import them.

Once your recipe names have been uploaded into My Recipe Manager we will update your support ticket advising that your request has been completed. Once uploaded you will then be able to assign your recipe ingredients to your recipes.
