Custom Report: Recipe Practical Date by Classroom (Week Starting)

Note: to access and run custom reports within My Recipe Manager requires the 'Custom Reports' (role) to be assigned to the users account by a school administrator. To view the list of available roles and what they allow a user to do click here.

This custom report was created at the request of a school to assist them in producing a report which displays the cooking dates (practical date) for recipes* grouped by classroom name which are associated with the food orders assigned to their shopping list.

Dependences*

For this report to function correctly you must ensure the below:

• Only food orders that have been assigned to your shopping list will appear in this report.

• Food orders that do not have a practical date assigned to them will not appear in this report.

• Food orders that do not have a classroom related to it will still display on this report.

General Information and Example Screenshots

By default when the report first opens it will list the classroom names for every food order that is assigned to your shopping list. To view the recipes for a specific clasroom select the plus sign (+) to expand it. To close the selection select the minus sign (-).

To view the above image select it with your mouse pointer. To close the image either click the image for a second time or click outside the image.

This will display a list of practical dates for the selected classroom (refer to the below image).
